Terms of Service
Effective: 2026-10-11 · Version 2026.10
These Terms govern access to and use of Snapeted and its related services. By creating an account, accessing, or using the services, the Customer acknowledges that it has read and agreed to these Terms.
When an organization uses Snapeted, the person accepting these Terms represents that they have authority to bind that organization.
1. Service
Snapeted provides CRM, communications, automation, calendar, storage, and artificial intelligence capabilities according to the plans, limits, and features made available.
Features may be updated, replaced, or discontinued when reasonably necessary for product development, security, compliance, or maintenance.
2. Account and security
The Customer is responsible for keeping registration information accurate, protecting credentials, and limiting access to authorized users.
The Customer must promptly report suspected misuse, unauthorized access, or account-related security incidents.
3. Permitted use
The Customer will use the service in compliance with applicable law, these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the rules of connected third-party channels and integrations.
The Customer is responsible for the content, data, messages, automations, campaigns, and instructions it submits or runs through the platform.
4. Plans, billing, and taxes
Plans, prices, limits, billing cycles, and optional services will be presented before purchase. Recurring charges remain in effect until canceled under the terms disclosed at purchase.
Applicable taxes, withholdings, or legally required charges may be added when required.
5. Intellectual property
Snapeted and its components, trademarks, interfaces, software, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
The Customer retains its rights in the data and content it submits and grants only the permissions needed to provide, protect, maintain, and improve the service consistent with these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party services
Integrations with external providers, including communications channels, infrastructure, payments, and artificial intelligence services, may be subject to separate third-party terms.
Availability of an integration may depend on the third-party provider and on technical, commercial, or regulatory requirements outside Snapeted's reasonable control.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, a material violation of these Terms, or protection of the platform and third parties.
The Customer may terminate its contractual relationship through the available mechanisms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Snapeted is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, or losses arising from misuse, external integrations, or events outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Changes and contact
Snapeted may update these Terms. When a material change requires renewed acceptance or a specific notice, the Customer will be informed through appropriate means.
Questions about these Terms may be sent to hello@snapeted.com.
