This page describes categories of providers that may process data on Snapeted's behalf to operate the service. Actual use depends on the features selected and each Customer's configuration.
Infrastructure and hosting
Snapeted may use providers for hosting, application delivery, networking, storage, and databases to keep the service available and secure.
Communications and integrations
Channel, email, messaging, authentication, and integration providers may receive data needed to perform functionality requested by the Customer.
Payments
Payment providers may process billing and transaction information needed for subscriptions, charges, and financial obligations.
Artificial intelligence
When artificial intelligence features are used, authorized providers may process information strictly necessary to perform the requested function, subject to configuration and applicable policies.
Updates
The specific provider list will be maintained as production architecture is approved. Material changes will follow the notice obligations in the Data Processing Agreement.
