Effective: 2026-10-11 · Version 2026.10

This Policy explains how Snapeted collects, uses, shares, protects, and retains personal data related to its websites, accounts, and services.

When Snapeted processes personal data on behalf of a business Customer, the Data Processing Agreement also applies.

1. Data we process

We may process registration, contact, authentication, organization, billing, product usage, support, security, device, and technical log data.

Customers may also submit contact data, messages, files, events, campaigns, and other content needed for their operations.

2. How we use data

We use data to provide and maintain the service, authenticate users, process payments, provide support, prevent abuse, comply with law, improve the product, and deliver operational communications.

We do not sell personal data to advertisers.

3. Legal bases and choices

Processing may be based on contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests, fraud prevention, and consent where required.

Optional preferences and consents may be adjusted through product controls where available.

4. Sharing

We may share data with subprocessors and service providers needed to operate the service, subject to appropriate security and confidentiality obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and platform integrity.

5. International transfers

When personal data is transferred across borders, Snapeted will use the mechanisms and safeguards required by applicable law.

6. Retention and deletion

Data is retained for as long as needed for the purposes described, contractual obligations, security, dispute resolution, and legal requirements.

Where applicable, data will be deleted or anonymized after required retention periods, subject to backups and legally required retention.

7. Privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to access, confirm, correct, port, object to, delete, or obtain information about sharing of personal data.

Requests may require identity verification and may be referred to the Customer acting as controller when Snapeted is only processing data on that Customer's behalf.

8. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures proportionate to risk, including access controls, logging, credential protection, and incident response procedures.

No system is completely risk-free, so controls are reviewed and improved over time.
